Property Tax Depreciation Form

I/we as the property owner, provide the above details to authorise Seymour Consultants to complete a Property Tax Depreciation Schedule for the above mentioned property for the tax deductable fee of $495 including GST. We also authorise Seymour Consultants to act on our behalf in acquiring all appropriate information, making all necessary enquiries and accessing the property as required to complete the Tax Depreciation Schedule.
